Hoaloha Foundation is a nonprofit charity founded by Cynthia Norall, PhD, BCBA-D, Clinical Director of Comprehensive Autism Services and Education (C.A.S.E.) in Carlsbad, California. Her nonprofit organization funds services that aim to provide social and educational services that help teens and young adults with Autism through major life experiences, such as college, job hunting and finding employment.
